"Good movies, just a small scuff"
I got my Disney movies and they were in good shape, and the discs played just fine. The packaging was decent too, nothing fancy, but everything arrived without any damage. I’m just taking off one star because the case had a tiny scuff on it. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

"Honestly, canceling is a hassle"
I tried canceling my Disney Movie Club account and, it was way more annoying than it needed to be. I figured I’d be able to just do it online in a few minutes, but instead I had to deal with phone calls and sitting around waiting. It really felt like they make the process frustrating on purpose. Not worth the stress for me.

"Not worth the membership cost!!!"
I signed up thinking I was going to save a bunch on Disney movies, but that just wasn’t the case for me!!! Once shipping and the required purchases got added in, the prices ended up feeling way higher than I expected!!!
Keeping up with the featured titles was super annoying too!!! If you forget to decline something, you can get stuck paying for movies you didn’t even want!!! Overall, it just didn’t feel like a good deal or worth the membership cost at all!!!

"Got charged wrong again"
My bill didn’t match what they told me it would be, so I ended up seeing extra charges I wasn’t expecting. It’s frustrating because when the pricing isn’t clear, I don’t know what I’m actually paying for

"Great promos, but check the commitment details"
The promos were solid, especially the discounted monthly rate they offered upfront. I liked that the pricing was clear during checkout and the savings felt worth it. Just make sure you actually read the commitment terms before signing up, because they’re a bit strict if you decide to cancel early.

"Trying to Use My Account Page Felt Like a Saga"
I just wanted to log in and update my account, but somehow it turned into this whole dramatic ordeal. The site feels clunky, the login kept failing, and every time I tried to make changes it basically sent me in circles. What should’ve taken two minutes ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Shipping was ridiculously slow"
The movies finally showed up, but they were way late. The tracking was basically useless the whole time, like these shipping geniuses had no idea where my order even was. Frustrating experience.

"Good selection, but some stuff disappears fast"
I’ve had a good time browsing Disney Movie Club. They’ve got a nice mix of movies, especially the older Disney ones that aren’t always easy to find anywhere else. Most of what I was looking for was there, but a couple of them were either out of stock or it was gone quickly. Still, I’d say it’s worth checking out if you like digging through Disney titles
